Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days if you order with regular First Class Mail and 1 business day if you choose any of the expedited shipping speeds - unless agreed otherwise.

Ordering a Gift? Want me to mail it straight to the giftee?
I will happily ship straight to a giftee, as well as include a personal note. Just leave me the info in the during check-out.

Also, all items do come gift wrapped. So if you're buying anything as a gift, it's ready to go.

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be a bit unpredictable and Priority Mail upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times.

Seller is NOT responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, postal services or international customs or mail/parcel delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

PLEASE NOTE: All packages will be sent with a delivery confirmation. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Insurance and Signature confirmation can be purchased during the check-out process.

ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid for without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If any package is undeliverable or returned to sender, we will invoice for re-shipping. We will ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

International buyers are responsible for any and ALL custom charges, taxes, duties and additional postal fees.


You are not happy with your purchase?? Please email me within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise to initiate the return.

- If it is a mistake I made, I will gladly fix the problem for you.
- Re custom engraved/stamped orders: In case of a 'change of mind' on your side, I will refund the item’s price (without shipping) less 30%.
- Re non-personalized items: I give a full refund less the shipping cost.
